Established in 2008 as a national grassroots coalition of community activists, political and business leaders who supported the McCain-Palin ticket, VARC was restructured and incorporated in 2009 as a national membership organization dedicated to empower the Vietnamese American community through conservative values and principles. 

Acting as a link between Vietnamese American communities, the Republican Party at local, state, and national levels, and the larger national conservative movement, we provide a platform for new, sustainable party building and effective grassroots community organizing.  We also seek strong collaboration with other reform-minded Republican groups across the country.
